- 1 pound bow-tie pasta- cooked, tossed with olive oil, cooled
- 1 head chinese cabbage- chiffonade
- 2 links Wellshire Farms chorizo- medium dice
- green onions (green and white parts)- thinly sliced
- celery- 1-inch pieces thinly sliced on the bias
- 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite homemade red wine vinaigrette.
- cheese would be a nice addition
